How should I care for my piano’s wood finish?

Wiping with a non-abrasive cloth is enough for a newer piano. However, you should polish an older piano occasionally, about once a year is enough. Please use high quality furniture polish so you don’t hurt your piano.

Do I need voicing service for my piano?

Voicing improves the tone of your piano, making it sound fuller and more beautiful. This is not a must, but can be done occasionally to improve your piano.

Do I need action regulation for my piano?

Action regulation adjusts how the hammers hit the strings. Just like voicing, this is an optional service that can make your piano sound even better.
