Why tutor:
You gain the opportunity to develop intellectually, psychologically, and personally. You express what you’ve mastered while rethinking the concepts and experiencing them through someone else’s point of view. You will build mutual understanding, and this will also help you in your own learning in lessons or with teachers. Through reorganizing concepts and contents, and adjusting your own viewpoint, you will improve your own study habits, and your own independent learning skills. On top of that, you will develop maturity and self-confidence, and build observation and communication skills that will help you for the rest of your life!
How to do it well:
This program will train you to organize contents clearly, and how to explain with flow and clarity. You will need good listening and observation skills, and be able to interpret questions and confusion from students. You will learn how to follow a curriculum and follow Felicia’s pedagogy. Mentally, you will learn to be patient and calm with every student, while also demonstrating enthusiasm, and maintaining the balance between the three. You will be a leader, and will understand how you and the student work as a team.

To be an onsite tutor, you will first need to pass the RCM or ABRSM Level 5 or above with a score in honor.
