Student-Lead Board ( Re-Election will be in every two years )
Elite Team: President , President-Elect, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary
Three directors ( from Elementary, Middle and High School)
All student board will need to participate the leadership training and conference.
Monthly meeting is mandatory.

YLC Member responsibility:
Students Board: President and executive directors build up the management team. Monthly Meeting set up long term and short term goals; Identify tasks for different regional leaders; Keep tracking to ensure result – oriented outcome.
Work as a team in a caring and friendly environment. Welcome school students who come from different regions and backgrounds, to make everyone a worthy member of the community;
Regional leaders will be voted by student board for position competition; They will be elected in the form of election. Personal essay of the following topics will be covered to show the student board that he / she/they will fit the position: .

- Short term and long term goal executed plan:
- Business develop plan to help more children in our community; Position to apply;
- fundraising plan;
- Suggestion for the foundation;
- Previous Management experience and background introduction;
YLC Qualification Requirements:
Appreciate , respect and recognize every individual for his or her talents and abilities. Be kind and loving to the children, their parents, collegues, supporters and associates; Treat people regardless of their ages, gender, races and background.
